General Descriptions YB series high voltage flameproof three phase induction motors Frame Size 355450 are totally enclosed self-fan-cooled squirrel-cage motors with the advanced world level designed by Nanyang Explosion Group Co.,Ltd. itself. Absorbed the advanced technologies in the word and adopted the advanced design concept, the motors are characterized with remarkable features, such as compact construction, light weight, large output, high efficiency, large margin of safety in temperature-rise, fine perance, little vibration, low noise, good flameproof properties, high reliability, interchangeability and easymaintenance etc. YB series H 355450 motors’ output ranges from 160kW to 500kW in conity with the latest Chniese National Standards and IEC Standards. The motors are manufactured with flameproof structures in accordance with the Chinese National Standards GB755-2000 “Rotating electrical machines – Rating and perance”, GB3836.1-2000 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 1 General requirements” and GB3836.2-2000 “Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres - Part 2 Flameproof enclosure ”d”” The flameproof groups are marked by ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4 and ExdIICT4, suitable for zone 1 and zone 2 hazardous areas where explosive gas and air mixtures exist. “ExdI” is suitable for the areas where the explosive mixtures containing methane or coal dust exist, but not for the coal mining surface. 0AP.138.0106 共 9 页 第3 页 “ExdIIAT4” is suitable for plant areas where the explosive mixtures of Group II A, Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist. “ExdIIBT4” is suitable for plant areas where the explosive mixtures of Group II B, Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist. “ExdIICT4” is suitable for plant areas where the explosive mixtures of Group II C, Temperature Class T1, T2, T3 and T4 exist. The protection degree of motor enclosure and the terminal box is IP54, IP55 can also be met. The motors cans also be manufactured for special environments, such as outdoor locations YB-W, indoor tropical humidity YB-TH, outdoor tropical humidity YB-THW, outdoor tropical arid YB-TAW, indoor tropical arid YB-T, outdoor tropical YB-TW and outdoor medium-chemical corrosion locations YB-WF1, which main installing dimensions are same as the dimension of the basic series motors. Constructional Features 1 The insulation class of series HV flameproof three phase induction motors H 355450 is class F. The stator windings are wound with double-glassfiber and mica-coated rectangular enamel copper wire. The complete winding and stator core are vaccum-pressure impregnated VPI to make them be a solid integral. This process enable the winding to have excellent electrical properties , high-moisture-resistance and thermal stability. 2 The rotors are of cast-aluminium or copper-bar squirrel cage type. 3 The terminal box has ample cavity to facilitate the connection of either copper of aluminium cable. The insulating sleeves for fixing terminals are used with high quality DMC pressed plastic. The terminal box is on the top of the motor. 4 The cooling mode is IC411, i.e.self-fan-circulated ventilation. 5 The flameproof structures are used with the barrel configuration, plain and axial labyrinth etc. 6 The motors may be provided with space heater, stator winding and bearing temperature detectors and flameproof temperature monitoring instruments on request. 7 The bearing of motor is grease-lubricated sleeve bearing with a greasing attachment having the use to drain and replenish lubricating grease without stopping the motor. Through optimizing bearing structural 0AP.138.0106 共 9 页 第6 页 design, the bearing life is raised, the hold-shaft accident is reduced and the operation reliability is increased. ４．使用条件 4.1 环境温度随季节变化，但最低环境空气温度不低于-15℃，最高环境空气 温度不超过 40℃。 4.2 海拔不超过 1000m。 4.3 额定电压为 6kV、10kV。 4.4 额定频率为 50Hz。 4.5 工作定额是以连续工作制（S1）为基准的连续定额。 4. Mounting Arrangement The mounting arrangement of series high voltage flameproof three phase induction motors Frame Size 355450 is IMB3. B35 can also be met on user’ request after consulting with technical personnel of our company. 7.订货指南 7.1 订货时请注明电动机的型号、额定功率、同步转速、额定电压、额定频 率、防爆标志、安装结构型式、旋转方向（在电动机轴伸端视之） 、使用环境 （户内户外） 、如未注明旋转方向则按顺时针方向供货，如未说明使用环境则 按户内制造。 7.2 如有特殊要求时，如附带定子、轴承测温或测温仪表，或定子加热器， 高原使用，安装尺寸或型式变化、非正常功率等，请与我公司签定技术协议 后，按商定协议内容制造。 7.3 YB355450 高压电动机接线盒均在电动机顶部，若用户提出接线盒位置 及出线方向有特殊要求时，可与我公司签定技术协议。 7.4 随着技术的进步和有关国内外标准的修订，样本中尺寸及技术参数有所 变动，恕不另行通知，订货后请向我公司索取正式外形图。 7. Ordering Requirements 7.1 When ordering, please specify the motor type, rated power, synchronous speed, rated voltage, rated frequency, flameproof group, mounting arrangement, rotation direction viewing from driving end and the working atmosphere indoor or outdoor. If rotation direction is not specified, the motor with CW rotation will be supplied. If the working atmosphere is not specified, the motor will be built for indoor use. 7.2 Special requirements, such as flameproof temperature sensors for stator or bearings, for highland use, arrangement dimensions or type variation, unnormal power etc., can also be met. Such motors can be manufactured on a technical agreement. 7.3 The terminal box is on the top of the motor.
