Studying safety climate is not only an important content of safety research in coal mine enterprises, but also the reflection of its safety management status. The research is helpful to promote the level of enterprises’ safety management and reduce accidents or unsafe behaviors of workers. So it’s necessary to study the safety climate of coal mine work-team. While at present, our country’s coal industry is lacking safety climate research in basic work-team. This paper aims to build a strong scientific and practical safety climate uation index system for coal mine work-team, and analysis the interaction between various dimensions which influence work-team safety climate, and then provides targeted advices for coal mine safety management. First, according to the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad and basing on working characteristics of our country coal mine enterprises, we select excavation team, which is representative and accident, as studying object, and divide the factors that affect the team safety climate from four points the environment, the team worker, the team, and the enterprise by literature arrangement and group interview, through these we get the initial safety climate preset scale of excavation team. Secondly, preparing the safety climate questionnaire according to the safety climate uation index system said before, and using of principal component analysis, we finally determine 8 first dimensions and 27 secondary inds of excavation team and construct safety climate measure scale. Then, using the of structural equation model to build excavation team safety climate modelⅠand model Ⅱ,and AMOS software to test model adaptation degree, and interpretation structure model to analysis the interactional relationships of index internal influence. All these provide basis for improving team safety climate. Lastly, measuring and analyzing the safety climate of an excavation team through its measure scale and giving suggestions for improvement. Through practical studying, this essay identifies the influence factors of coal mine excavation team’s safety climate, and constructs uation index system, and determines measurement scale, and finally gives a operable assessment which can clear the team’s safety climate status and helps coal mine enterprises put forward targeted re measures and promotes safety climate to reduce safety accidents. 万方数据 III This paper obtains 15 pictures, 19 charts and 92 references.
