SignatureSignatureSignatureSignature DateDateDateDate 山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 摘摘要要 针对井亭煤矿水采区复采过程中存在的开采方法选择、 开采后塌陷对地面建筑的影 响、复采区的通风方式、煤炭自燃、瓦斯治理等方面的问题,本文通过实测沿底煤巷所 揭露的复采区原水采区丢煤情况,根据有关计算确定了首个复采面回采方法、回采工艺 与巷道支护方式等技术问题, 并用相似模拟实验和计算机数字解算技术模拟了复采后地 面沉陷情况。数值模拟方法是通过对结构系统构造数学模型,利用计算机求解大规模的 代数联立方程组来模拟结构系统的反映过程的。 数值方法的突出优点就是能够较好地考 虑诸如介质的各向异性、非均质特性及其随时间的变化、复杂边界条件和介质不连续等 复杂地质条件。本文采用了 FLAC 数值模拟软件,首先对复采后地面沉陷情况进行了模 拟。用 DSC-TG 热分析技术测定煤在低温氧化过程的吸氧量与放热量,用导热仪测出碎 煤导热系数,并建立了复采面采空区条带开采时巷壁遗煤漏风氧化的数学模型,模拟遗 煤氧化的实际情况,求出其实际自燃发火期值,通过实测与模拟技术为井亭煤矿复采区 安全回采提供理论指导。 关键词关键词复采模拟地面沉陷热分析技术遗煤氧化 山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 ABSTRACTABSTRACT Based on the problem, such as the choice of mining , the affect to the buildings of the ground subsidence, ventilation type, spontaneous combustion of mine, the control of thegas,the residual coal of the er hydraulic mining districtissurveyed through the roadway beneath the gob, and the working s, the working techniques and the roadway timbering technology are determined according to corresponding calculation, meantime the ground subsidence after repeated miningissimulated by the technology of analogue simulation and computer numeric calculation; The value simulation reflects the process with the structure system, solves the large-scale algebra simultaneous equation group with the computer. The main advantage of the value isthatitcan consider the complex condition very well, such as the medium aeolotropies, the non-symmetrical characteristic, the complex boundary condition and the non-continuously characteristic. This paper uses the FLAC software to simulate the ground subsidence situation after the repeated mining. The oxygen and released heat during the coal oxidation process in low temperature are menstruated by DSC-TG thermo analysis technology and the thermal conductivityof fragmentizedcoalismeasuredbythermal-conductiveinstrument,establishingthe mathematical model of air-leakage oxidationofthe roadway residual coalin strip-partial miningofthe repeated mining face, so that the actual conditions of the residual coaloxidation can be simulated and the actual spontaneous combustion time can be figured out, whichcan provide theoretical direction for safety working in the repeated mining districtof Jingting Coal Mine through field survey and simulation technology.
