SignatureSignatureSignatureSignature DateDate 山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 摘摘要要 短壁开采在我国煤矿应用已有几十年, 它是柱式开采体系的总称,包括房式采煤法、 房柱式采煤法及在此基础上演变而来的其它采煤方法, 一般以短工作面采煤为基本特征。 随着科技的发展,短壁开采正向机械化,安全化,高产高效和高回采率的方向发展,它 的工作面装备、安全、单产、资源回收率都有很大程度的提高,而且能够实现工作面落 煤、运输、支护等工序的机械化作业。这种技术被视为现代短壁机械化采煤技术,是长 壁采煤技术的重要补充。因此进行短壁开采方法的研究,对于减少或释放大量的边角煤 和残留区段煤柱及正在进行的“三下”采煤,具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。 本文针对边角煤和残留区段煤柱及资源高效回收和采空区顶板管理这两大技术问 题,通过对岱庄生建煤矿煤炭资源分析,提出进行短壁开采方法研究的必要性,并结合 岱庄生建煤矿特殊的地质条件和岩移观测站的成果进行地表移动与变形的参数分析,表 明了进行短壁开采方法研究对于减小开采损害的重要意义,同时结合先进煤矿的短壁开 采方法,提出适合该矿可持续发展的短壁开采方法长短壁结合,充分采动和非充分采 动相统筹,解决了短壁开采中的一些关键问题,实现矿井的可持续发展和建设节约型社 会,并进行“三下”采煤方法的探索,为减小矿井开采损害提供科学的开采方案,为提出 适合岱庄生建煤矿和该矿的接续矿湖西矿发展的短壁开采方法提供借鉴和依据。 关键词关键词短壁采煤;回采工艺;巷道布置;煤矿 山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 ABSTRACTABSTRACTABSTRACTABSTRACT Shortwall coal mining , whichisa general term of pillar mining system, has been used in coal mining in China for dozens of years.Itincludes chamber mining, chamber and pillar mining and other mining s developed fromit,bearing a basic feather of short working surface mining. With the developmentoftechnology, shortwall mining has become safer, more mechanized and more efficient, and will have much higher yield and recovery ratio. The equipment, safety, single productivity, resource recycling rate ofitsworking surface have been greatly improved. Besides, mechanization of the process, such as coal dropping, conveying and supporting can be realized. This technology, being an important supplement for longwall miningtechnology,iscalledmodernshortwallmechanical loopingmining technology. Therefore, study on the ofshortwall mininghasimportant theoretical and realistic significance for reducing or releasing large quantity scraps, residual pillars and the undergoing“Three Unders” coal mining. Focusingonthe problemofcoal scraps, relic pillars, and low resource recycling rate, through analyzing coal resource in our mine, this paper studies the necessity of shortwall mining , analyzes the parameter of ground surfaceshiftand distortion educed on the basis of the special geological conditionsofourmine and the results of rock movement observation station, and demonstrates the significanceofstudying shortwall mining on reducing mining damage. Meanwhile, basingonthe shortwall mining experience of mines with advanced technology, this paper puts forward a sustainable shortwall mining suitable for longwall and shortwall combination , which uses both thorough mining and non-thorough miningand can realizethe sustainable developmentofmines and the constructionofeconomical society. Furthermore, this paper devolve into the “Three Unders” mining in order to provide a scientific mining to reduce mining damage, and to provide reference and basis for developing a shortwall mining suitable for Huxi Mine whichisa jointed mine of Daizhuang mine.
