There are a large number of villages in the area of the well field, which cause the large amount of coal pressure under the village, seriously affect the normal mining and continuity of the mine, and restrict the sustainable development of the mine. It is of great significance to study the law of surface movement and deation in the mining of ting Nan Coal Mine. On the basis of the analysis of the geological and mining conditions, the results of the observation of the surface movement of the West Wing in a region are studied on the basis of the geological and mining conditions. The results show that the sandstone of the sandstone of Luohe ation has a control effect on the subsidence of the surface. Under the condition of extremely insufficient mining, the surface movement and deation are very small, the subsidence rate is only 0.05, it will not cause damage to the surface building facilities, and the coal mining under the building can be carried out directly. When the mining degree is greater than the critical mining degree, the subsidence value of the surface is obviously increased, the mining width under the building should be controlled at 1/5 1/4H Within. On the basis of the analysis of the geological and mining conditions and the distribution, structure and anti deation ability of the surface buildings, combined with the application conditions of the mining s under various buildings and the mining experience under the East Wing building, it is determined that the strip mining under the building is adopted. The probability density function is applied to determine the width of strip mining in the range of 80 120m, and the width of strip coal pillar is between 90 130m. Using the theory of pressure arch and the theory of A.H. Wilson coal pillar, the stability of the strip coal pillar is calculated, and the calculation simulation of the mining scheme is carried out with the 万方数据 FLAC3D software, and the parameters of the strip mining are determined. The surface movement and deation prediction of strip mining program is carried out. The results show that the surface subsidence of the protected building area is small, the maximum subsidence is not more than 350mm, the horizontal deation is between -1.0mm1.2mm, the maximum tilting deation is within 1.5mm/m, and the maximum horizontal deation and the tilting deation are less than the fortification standards of the surface buildings The designed strip mining scheme meets the
