文山城市地质环境与城市发展的适宜性评价 【中文摘要】本文从文山盆地基础地质环境条件出发,以地形地貌、岩土工程地质条件、环境水文地质条件、地质灾难和构造条件等影响地质环境质量的主要因素进手,终极对城市地质环境与城市发展的适宜性进行评价。文山盆地属于岩溶断陷盆地,研究区基岩主要为碳酸盐岩、粘土岩与碎屑岩。盆地内部主要发育上第三系粘土岩以及第四系疏松土类,主要持力层为风化泥灰岩和砾石类土层。北西向文麻断裂为主要构造,控制盆地的形成演化、沉积作用、构造格式及现代地形地貌分区。盆地地下水类型主要为岩溶水、孔隙水及裂隙水。主要的环境地质题目有地下水污染、地质灾难及与膨胀土有关的工程地质题目。通过以上基础地质条件及实地调研再经分析总结出地下水质量与防污性能、工程地质分区及建筑地基适宜性、地质灾难的危险性评价以及区域稳定性,并从地形地貌、岩土工程地质条件、环境水文地质条件、地质灾难和构造条件等影响地质环境质量的主要因素中选择10个评价因子采用定量与定性相结合的方法,建立调查区地质环境质量的综合评价指标体系,用质量指数模型进行城市地质环境质量评价终极得出文山城市环境质量与城市发展适宜性评价。文山县城市地质环境质量现状总体在中等较好水平,总体适宜城市建设要求。但文山盆地的地质环境条件对文山县城市的发展起着支撑作用的同时又制约着其发展。其可利用水资源与土地资源的短缺则影响城市发展为大中型城市,同时地质灾难也对城市发展起着制约的作用。在地质环境条件适应城市发展的同时,城市在规划建设时宜应考虑到对地质环境条件的反作用以达到科学发展、可持续发展的目的。应公道配置及利用水资源,控制城市规模,对城市现有的地质灾难进行专项整治、对地质灾难易发区进行监测以避免不必要的损失。; 【Abstract】 Based on geo-environment in Wenshan basin,setting out from the factors of topography、the geotechnical character、environmental hydrology geotechnical character、geological hazards and construction to appraise feasibility uation between city geological environment and urban development.The Wenshan basin is karst faulted basin,the main rock is carbonate、clay and clastic.There are clay in upper tertiary system and loose soil in quaternary,in the basin. weathering marlite and gravelly soil is the rock layer.The evolution and ore-bearing property、annealing、structural framework and the part of topography and morphology in the basin is depend on the north west Wenma split,the style of groundwater of basin is karst water、the gulf of mexico andfissure water.The environmental geological issues are groundwater pollution、geological hazards and the engineering geological problem of expansive clay.Based on the basic geological research and research on the spot,I summarize the quality and Vulnerability of groundwater、engineering geological partition and the suitability uation of building foundation、the fatalness of geological hazards and regional stability,then combined ten estimated factors of land、the geotechnical character、environmental hydrology geotechnical character、geological hazards and construction which is the main factor of influencing geological environment quality.Then setting up the system of an integrated indicator systems of geological environment quality in Wenshan,depended on the system of basin mass index to sum up suitability uation of the quality of soil environment and urban development in Wenshan。The geological environment quality at present of the city of Wenshan is at in etc.-better level,it is seasoned with the request of urban construction ordinarily. geo-environment in Wenshan is not only good for the development of Wenshan but also restrict the development.The city cann\ t become big city because of the lack of sustainable using water resource and sustainable use of land resource,and geological hazards is an another restricted factor.The reaction of planning and construction should be considered at the moment of urban development is seasoned with geo-environment to gain scientific development、sustainable development ends.We should make use of rationality,control the size of city,renovate geological hazards presently and inspect,geological hazards easy - happening areas to avoid expense.
