Signature Date 万方数据 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 摘摘 要要 冲击地压以岩体猛烈突然破坏冲击为主要特征, 是深部煤炭开采主要动力灾害之一, 对地下施工人员和设备安全造成巨大威胁,给采矿业带来了无法估量的损失。因此,在 确定相关采区或者工作面具有冲击地压风险影响时,需要在巷道掘进和工作面回采过程 中进行冲击地压风险影响的评估以及制定冲击地压的监测、预防和治理方案。 经过分析研究表明, 兖州煤业股份有限公司东滩煤矿矿井的一采区具有冲击危险性, 为确保东滩煤矿生产安全有序进行,东滩煤矿一采区内的采煤工作面回采前,首先研究 分析工作面的冲击危险性。本文通过研究 1309 采煤工作面,分析得出 1309 末采工作面 的冲击危险性及相关防治管理措施,为该工作面安全可靠开采提供依据。 本文结合东滩煤矿 1309 采煤工作面实际地质条件, 根据地质与采矿技术的影响因素 和冲击地压防治的影响需求,主要开展以下几个方面的研究,1309 工作面冲击地压面临 的主要地质灾害影响包括 (1)开采深度; (2)煤岩物理力学性质及特性; (3)顶板活 动影响; (4)上覆岩层结构的影响; (5)断层、褶曲等地质构造的影响; (6)工作面周 围采空区、煤柱影响,主要是周围工作面采空区的影响。根据 1309 工作面的地质因素和 采矿技术,工作面的危险状况进行评估。根据冲击地压风险综合评估,1309 面的影响风 险度分为三个等级弱冲击风险、中等冲击风险和强冲击风险。根据冲击地压风险的多 因素耦合分析, 划分危险区域。 将数值模拟软件用于研究 1309 工作面的钻孔卸压防治技 术。鉴于 1309 工作面冲击压力预防和控制的要求,建立了健全的防冲系统和管理体系。 关键词工作面;冲击危险;防治;管理 万方数据 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 Abstract It is one of the main dynamic disasters in deep coal mining, which poses a great threat to the safety of underground construction personnel and equipment, which brings incalculable loss to the mining industry. 我国煤炭开采深度逐年增加,煤炭开采施工条件日渐复杂,以冲击地压为代表的 煤矿动力灾害对我国煤矿安全生产造成的威胁越来越大。中国煤矿有 120 多个矿井有 冲击地压的风险,同时有相当数量的矿井有冲击地压灾害影响,冲击地压安全预防和 控制已经显得相当紧迫。 煤矿冲击地压是采掘工作面附近的煤岩体中积聚能力的突然释放,并造成煤岩体 破坏的一种动力灾害。冲击地压的影响会导致煤岩体突出,支架和设备的损坏,人员 伤亡等,也可能导致其他矿山灾难,如瓦斯异常涌出、煤尘爆炸、突水灾害等,强烈 的冲击波还会造成地面建筑物破坏和坍塌等。如今,煤矿冲击地压已经成为我国煤矿 的重要隐患之一, 尤其对于深部开采的煤矿更是如此, 严重制约煤矿的安全高效生产。 冲击地压灾害最早于 1738 年发生在英国,如今包括我国在内的 20 多个国家出现 过冲击地压现象或者正在遭受到冲击地压的威胁。我国受冲击地压威胁的矿井分布范 围宽广。根据文献资料检索结果,从 2000 年至 2010 年十年间,据统计我国有 67 个矿 井出现过冲击地压现象或者已经具备冲击地压发生危险的相关指标。我国出现冲击地 压的矿井数量以及冲击地压的危害程度都呈现出显著的增长态势。冲击地压以岩体猛 烈突然破坏冲击为主要特征,是深部煤炭开采主
